Greg Brown’s Celebration of Life private service set, public service still being worked out
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A private Celebration of Life service for Greg Brown has been set for Saturday at Albuquerque high from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. A public service is pending while the family continues to work out details. The former UNM men’s basketball star and Albuquerque high standout and coach lost his life in a tragic car accident last Friday at the age of 51.
Meanwhile, a GoFundMe page has been set up for the family. More than $5,100 of the requested $15,000 have been raised. The closeout date on the GoFundMe page is June 29.
