Groupon Goods to offer free shipping and returns for holidays

CHICAGO (AP) -- Groupon said Monday that it will offer free shipping and returns for items bought through Groupon Goods for the holidays.

The company is also launching its first Groupon Goods online holiday catalog.

Groupon's main business is focused on selling discounts for consumers to use elsewhere for things like manicures or dining out. Groupon Goods sells items at a discount, such as toys or jewelry

The company said free shipping applies to purchases over $15, for products under 150 lbs.

Shares of Group fell 7 cents to close at $2.69.
