Here's when Middlesex County schools open for 2024-25. Check your district calendar
While returning to the classroom may not be high on your child's to-do list yet, Middlesex County schools are readying to reopen for the 2024-2025 academic year.
We peek at when Middlesex County students are expected to head back to school and offer a quick link to the school calendar for each district. Most districts won't be ringing the school bell until after Labor Day.
Academy for Urban Leadership Charter School
Academy for Urban Leadership students in grades 7-12 begin school Sept. 5 for the 2024-2025 school year.
Carteret School District
Carteret School District is set to reopen schools on Sept. 4 this year for its pre-K-12 students.
Cranbury School District
Cranbury School District pre-K-8 students return to school on Sept. 5.
Dunellen School District
Dunellen School District reopens on Sept. 3. for its pre-K-12 students.
East Brunswick School District
Pre-K-12 students in the East Brunswick School District will return to school on Sept. 5.
Edison School District
Edison School District will reopen schools for students K-12 on Sept. 5.
Educational Services Commission of New Jersey
The six Educational Services Commission of New Jersey schools for students ages 3-21 with autism, multiple disabilities, and/or at-risk behaviors reopen on Sept. 5 for the 2024-2025 school year.
Greater Brunswick Charter School
Greater Brunswick Charter Schools K-8 students will return to the classroom starting Sept. 3.
Hatikvah International Charter School
The K-8 students at Hatikvah International Charter School will start the new academic year on Sept. 3.
