The Port Huron Police Department held a display of its equipment and vehicles in the St. Clair County Community College parking lot Thursday.

Police Chief Joseph Platzer was on site with a police BearCat SWAT vehicle and the department's gaming trailer, used to engage with members of the public through video game consoles.

The display was set up in the parking lot of the ATC building on campus from 9 to 11 a.m. The display was primarily for community organizations the department works with, though officers also met with students during the display.

A similar display will be set up in Port Huron during Boat Week.
