High-risk sex offender living in Grand Forks, according to police

Jul. 2—GRAND FORKS — A high-risk sex offender is now residing at 1000 N. 42nd St. #141 in Grand Forks, according to a Grand Forks Police Department press release issued Tuesday morning, July 2.

Cameron Kenmille was convicted of aggravated sexual abuse and abusive sexual contact in 2015. According to the

state's sex offender registry website,

Kenmille raped one minor on multiple occasions, and made sexual contact with another minor.

The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee assigned Kenmille a risk level of "high" and, as a result, he is required to register for the rest of his life.

The GFPD provides information about individuals convicted of sex offenses and offenses against children, as well as those who have been adjudicated as sexually dangerous, through the Offender Tracking and Verification Program (OTVP).

There are 104 offenders registered with the GFPD who either live, work or attend school in Grand Forks, the release said.

Seven are considered high risk.
