Huge flames overnight near Cleveland’s lakeside

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – Large flames could be seen shooting from a business near Cleveland’s lakeside early Friday.

The fire and heavy smoke reported at about 1:15 a.m. was coming from several wood pallets at KP Pallet & Packaging on Lakeside Avenue.

Cleveland fire crews worked for more than an hour to get the fire under control. You can see video from the scene in the player above.

The building was not damaged. There’s been no word on a cause.
