Human remains recovered in Millcreek Canyon

GRAND COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — The Grand County Sheriff’s Office said human remains were discovered in Millcreek Canyon on Monday.
The sheriff’s office said the remains were found in “the same search area for the two missing individuals from June 21, 2024.”

However, the release on Monday night clarified that the remains had not yet been positively identified.
Officials said the remains were being sent to the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner for identification. After the remains are identified, the sheriff’s office said it would release more information.
There is no further information at this time.
