ROCKY RIVER, Ohio (WJW) — Police didn’t say if a customer screamed for ice cream, but she did throw it, they said.

A 44-year-old Cleveland woman ordered an “ice cream treat” and found a way to end up getting cited by police with disorderly conduct.

Rocky River Police said they went to a fast food restaurant on Center Ridge Road after an employee reported an upset customer threw an “ice cream treat” at her, according to officers.

Police said the customer was in the drive-thru and was asked to pull up to wait for a moment while they finished her order.

“The customer pulled up, came in the store, picked up the milkshake, and threw it at the staff…causing a mess on other equipment,” police said.
