The coroner’s office identified the man as 67-year-old Glenn Walter Long. Officials are also asking for the public’s help to locate his family.

Sheriff’s officials say upon arrival at the location, deputies discovered a man deceased. Long was described as being 5-foot-8-inches, 160 lbs, bald, with hazel eyes, and a mustache.

Staff at the coroner’s office have searched numerous personal records, but their attempts to find the man’s relatives have been unsuccessful. They say locating immediate family members is a necessary process in order for the Coroner’s Unit to release the body and allow the person to have a proper burial.

Anyone with information about Long is asked to contact the coroner’s unit at 559-600-3400 or email coroner@fresnosheriff.org.
