KBI issues endangered persons advisory for a mother and her two young daughters

HASKELL COUNTY, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Bureau of Investigations has issued an endangered persons advisory for a mother and her two daughters in Haskell County.

According to the KBI, the whereabouts of 23-year-old Martha Unger, 2-year-old Madilynn Grace Unger, and 1-year-old Haylie Faith Unger are unknown.

Martha is a white female who stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes, while her daughters have blond hair and blue eyes.

The three were reported missing from their home Friday just before 7 p.m.

Law enforcement believes that Martha drives a 2015 white Ford Explorer bearing Kansas tag 301RJY.

Body, pickup truck of missing Wichita man found in Marion County

“Investigators believe they may have been coerced to travel to Mexico to a religious rehabilitation facility with Corney and Elizabeth Klaasen,” the KBI said.

They may be driving a white and black Chevy Blazer bearing a Mexico tag.

Corney and Elizabeth Klaasen are in their 50s. Corney is a male, approximately 6 foot 2 inches tall, weighing around 200 pounds. He is clean-shaven and was last known to be wearing jeans and a button-up shirt.
