Robert Ritchie, more widely known as Nashville-based rock and country star Kid Rock donated $50,000 to a GoFundMe organized to support the families and victims of the shooting at a Trump campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania Saturday night.

The GoFundMe created by Meredith O'Rourke, the national finance director and senior advisor for the Trump Campaign, to assist the families of the victims has raised nearly $1.2 million since it opened, with Rock in the top donation slot with a $50,000 donation.

Rock has released a single statement since the assassination attempt occurred: a eight-second video on X where the Broadway bar owner succinctly says “If you f*** with Trump, you f*** with me.”

Rock has been a consistent fan and supporter of Trump since the 45th President’s first term in office, with the artist routinely referring to Trump as a “great friend.”

Other donators to the GoFundMe, which has over 16,000 donations, include Jared and Ivanka Trump, entrepreneur and former Republican Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, conservative talk show host Ben Shapiro, and Jimmy John Liautaud, former chairperson of Jimmy Johns sandwich restaurant chain.

Trump was addressing a crowd of supporters at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, when gunshots rang out across the crowd. A bullet grazed the potential Republican presidential nominee's upper right ear, leaving him visibly bloodied, but not seriously injured, before he was escorted off-stage.

According to authorities, one rally attendee, confirmed by Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as former volunteer Buffalo Township Fire Chief Corey Comperatore, was killed in the gunfire. Two others, whose names have not been confirmed, were "critically injured."

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro said Comperatore “died a hero” at a press conference Sunday morning.

"We lost a fellow Pennsylvanian last night: Corey Comperatore," said Shapiro. "Corey was a girl dad. Corey was a firefighter. Corey went to church every Sunday. Corey loved his community. And most especially, Corey loved his family."

Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, said Saturday on X, formerly Twitter, that his nephew was among those injured at Trump’s rally in Butler.
