Lancaster County man arrested in drug bust after undercover investigation

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster County man was arrested during a drug bust after allegedly selling crack cocaine several times to an undercover and confidential informant.

The Lancaster County District Attorney’s office says Phonxay Douangsouri of Brownstown was arrested for allegedly possessing 28 grams of meth and 49.5 grams of cocaine.

The Lancaster County Drug Task Force began its investigation in March making several purchases from Douangsouri, the District Attorney’s office says.

A search warrant was executed on June 11 on Douangsouri’s residence, storage garage, and vehicle. Investigators found cocaine (both crack and powder), methamphetamine, and $6,785 in cash.

Douangsouri is currently held on $250,000 bail set by Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Heisse in Lancaster County Prison.

The Drug Task Force was assisted by the Pennsylvania State Police, the Department of Homeland Security, and the West Earl Township Police Department
