LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – A Lancaster man is facing charges for allegedly selling more than two pounds of cocaine and fentanyl to a confidential informant for over a year.

According to charges filed by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, Robinson Pinales is being charged with 21 felonies after an investigation began in November 2022.

The Attorney General’s office learned of drugs being sold, allegedly by Pinales, and received a phone number that matched Pinales. A confidential informant met Pinales more than a dozen times from November 2022 until April 2024 where he purchased over 1,100 grams of fentanyl and cocaine.

The Attorney General’s office says Pinales also sold a stolen firearm and hundreds of pills during the controlled purchases. During the purchases, the informant used pre-recorded money and at times wore an audio recording device.

Pinales is facing charges including delivery of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy. He’s being held in the Lancaster County Prison after being unable to post $500,000 bail.
