Longmont police notes: Attempted auto theft on Longs Peak Avenue

• 10:09 a.m. A Longmont resident reported an attempted auto theft and criminal mischief in the 1500 block of Longs Peak Avenue. Police have no investigative leads.

• 2:33 p.m. Officers took a report of a disturbance in the 400 block of Atwood Street.

• 5:13 p.m. Police conducted a traffic stop near Lamplighter Drive and 17th Avenue. They arrested a man.

• 8:54 p.m. Officers were sent to the 1800 block of Main Street where they issued summonses to two men for trespassing.
