Man arrested for allegedly kissing, touching girl, 15, on Brooklyn subway: NYPD

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 71-year-old man was arrested Monday morning for allegedly forcibly touching a teenager on a subway train in Brooklyn on June 18, according to the NYPD.

Lam La of Queens was taken into custody around 10:46 a.m.

The incident happened at around 12:30 p.m. on a Brooklyn-bound N train, police said. La allegedly approached the 15-year-old girl, touched her, and forced her to kiss him, according to the NYPD.

La allegedly made verbal threats during the interaction, police said.

La is facing forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and sexual abuse charges.
