Man slashed in the face in Midtown Manhattan: NYPD

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police are searching for two suspects who allegedly slashed a man in the face and abdomen on Monday, June 10th.

The alleged attack happened at around 1:42 a.m. at the back of 655 West 34th Street, according to the NYPD.

Police say the victim was slashed with unknown metal cutting instruments. He was taken to a local hospital.

The two suspects fled on foot toward West 37th Street, police said. Surveillance images show one suspect wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, multi-colored shorts, and black shoes. The second suspect was wearing black shorts with what appears to be the number 5 located on the right side and black shoes.
