Mansfield man's bond set at $2 million in connection with double homicide on Oct. 27
A second Mansfield man has been charged with murder in connection with a double homicide Oct. 27 at 810 Ferndale Ave.
A $2 million cash or surety bond was set Wednesday during a bindover bond hearing in Richland County Common Pleas Court for Edonnez Jermaine Williams, 18, who was a juvenile in October.
Williams' case was bound over from Richland County Juvenile Court to common pleas, according to court records. The bindover bond hearing was heard by Magistrate MacKenzie Mayer.
Bond information ordered by the magistrate includes electronic monitoring plus house arrest should Williams make bond; no contact with any alleged victims or their families; no contact with any witnesses, and no contact with co-defendants, according to court records.
Williams is incarcerated in the Richland County Jail. He is represented by court-appointed Mansfield attorney Terry Hitchman.
Cyrus Ellerbe, 22, of Mansfield, also charged with murder
Cyrus Jalyn Ellerbe, 22, of Mansfield, faces six counts of unclassified felony murder and eight counts of second-degree felony felonious assault. If convicted, he faces life in prison, the News Journal reported in February.

Mansfield police Sgt. Detective Jerod Kingsborough testified in November during Ellerbe's preliminary hearing that the shooting was the result of a dispute between two gangs in the city.
Court records show that Ellerbe's jury trial is scheduled for 9 a.m. Aug. 20 in the courtroom of Judge Phillip Naumoff.
