Marine Corps Barracks Washington celebrates Independence Day with DC News Now

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Marines from Marine Corps Barracks Washington joined the DC News Now morning show for the Fourth of July.

The Marine Corps Barracks Washington is the oldest Marine Corps active duty post in the heart of Southeast D.C., located at 8th and I Streets.

It is the home of the Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon, the Marine Drum and Bugle Corps, the Marine Band, the official Marine Corps Color Guard and the Marine Corps Body Bearers.
