Mesa police ask for help locating teen who went missing on July 3
The Mesa Police Department asked for the public's help in finding 15-year-old Jerry Semenak who has been missing since July 3.
Semenak, who was described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and around 170 pounds, was last seen leaving his group home near Southern Avenue and Crismon Road in Mesa on July 3 around 8 p.m. Police said he left on foot and has not been seen or heard from since.
Semenak was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and carrying a black backpack, police said.
Anyone with information about Semenak's whereabouts are asked to contact the Mesa Police Department. The department can be reached at 480-644-2211.
