MPD looking for suspects involved in armed robbery in Southeast DC

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects and a car they believe was involved in an armed robbery in Southeast D.C.

On Friday, at about 7 p.m., the victim was walking in the 2600 block of Bowen Road when two suspects approached them and demanded the victim’s personal items.

Three women shot in Northeast DC

One of the suspects pulled out a gun, according to the victim.

The suspects then went into a car driven by other suspects and left the area with the victim’s items.
