A 17-year-old male victim was shot and taken to an emergency room in Williamson County on July 3, with WCSO responding to the incident. The victim had non-life-threatening injuries and was released from the ER.

The United States Marshals Office took him into custody on July 11 and he has since been charged with aggravated kidnapping, a first-degree felony, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.

As of Monday night, Sabedra was still in the Williamson County Jail, facing a combined bond of $1 million, per WCSO.
