NH Supreme Court Associate Justice Marconi placed on administrative leave

Jul. 26—The New Hampshire Supreme Court has placed Associate Justice Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi on administrative leave with pay for 90 days, reassigning her judicial and administrative duties to other justices.

A spokesperson for the court said no more information would be released, including the reason for the leave.

Her husband, Geno Marconi, executive director of the New Hampshire Port Authority, has been on administrative leave with pay since April.

Since May, Hantz Marconi has recused herself from cases involving the Attorney General's office.
