Off-duty New York City employee arrested in the Bronx: NYPD

THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — An off-duty New York City employee was arrested in the Bronx Tuesday afternoon, according to the NYPD.

Rafael Luna, 48, was taken into custody at 2:30 p.m.

Luna, a New York City Department of Sanitation worker, was arrested on a criminal mischief charge, police said.
