Southeast power outage resolved

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — According to the Springs Utilities outage map, the power outage in Southeast Colorado Springs has been resolved and power restored to impacted customers.

According to the Springs Utilities outage map, power has been partially restored and the affected number of customers is now 439.

A power outage is affecting more than 1,200 customers in southeast Colorado Springs on Thursday afternoon, June 27, and Colorado Springs Utilities (Springs Utilities) is warning customers about impacted traffic lights being dark.

Springs Utilities posted about the outage on Facebook shortly after 2 p.m. on Thursday. The outage is impacting 1,209 customers, with service expected to be restored around 4:45 p.m.

Springs Utilities also said that traffic lights were dark in the area near Hancock Expressway and South Circle Drive.

Springs Utilities reminds drivers to treat any dark intersection as a four-way stop.
