Pennsylvania State Police release five most wanted for Dauphin County area

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Pennsylvania State Police have revealed their most wanted list for the Dauphin County area.

The criminal charges that the five suspects are wanted on by State Police at Lykens include theft, endangering the welfare of a child, terroristic threats and firearms violations.

Below is the top five most wanted from State Police:

‘I’m fresh out of jail:’ Dauphin County man says to alleged robbery victim, police say

  • Kevin Stephenson, 48, is wanted for endangering the welfare of children and simple assault, and he is believed to be in the Williamstown area.

  • Curtis Engle, 38, is wanted for DUI and drug possession and has additional arrest warrants from other agencies. He is believed to be in the Elizabethville area.

  • Terray Burwell, 44, is wanted for felony retail theft and has additional arrest warrants issued by other agencies. He is believed to be in the Harrisburg area.

  • Stephen Mihalick, 39, is wanted for theft, flight to avoid apprehension, terroristic threats, and numerous other offenses. He is believed to be in the Williamstown area.

  • David Samuel, 66, is wanted for firearms act violation and has an additional arrest warrants from other agencies. He is believed to be in the Harrisburg area.
