A day after the Escambia County Sheriff's Office announced it was seeking missing Pensacola woman Rosa Kramer, deputies announced they arrested her husband for her death.

Timothy Kramer, 51, was arrested on a homicide warrant Wednesday in connection with the death of his 47-year-old wife, Rosa. The ECSO announced on its Facebook page Tuesday that Rosa had last been seen driving in the vicinity of Ada Wilson Drive and that she was possibly in the company of Timothy Kramer.

"We located her at her home deceased from a gunshot wound," ECSO spokesperson Morgan Lewis told the News Journal.

Lewis said they also found the family dog with a gunshot wound. After transporting it to a veterinary hospital, the dog recovered from its injuries.

Rosa Kramer, the 47-year-old wife to Timothy Kramer, was found dead in her home from a gunshot wound. Timothy Kramer was later arrested and charged with the premeditated murder of his wife and aggravated animal cruelty for shooting their dog.
