Shariel Rodriguez-Echevarria, 27, of East Haven, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Groton City

Joshua K. Griswold, 28, of Old Saybrook, was charged July 19 with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aiden B. Delaura, 19, of 39 Truman St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. failure to obey a stop sign, driving with an obstructed registration plate and violation of tinted glass requirements.

Angel R. Soto-Cotto, 23, of 11 Center St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ledyard

Veronica Roczniak, 29, of 55 Lake of Isles Drive, North Stonington, was charged July 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Michael Perry, 59, of 69 Nantucket Drive, Mystic, was charged July 19 with breach of peace.

State police — Montville

Kevin Y. Gomez-Silva, 24, of Windham, was charged Sunday in Sprague with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Tenaj Cortes, 25, of 7A Plumtree Drive, Norwich, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Michael A. Malbaurn, 32, of Moosup, was charged Sunday in Montville with two counts of failure to appear in court.

William Smeriglio, 50, of Danbury was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to use turn signal.

Stonington

Heather M. Everett, 40, of 18 Wilford Court, Apt. L, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with interfering with a police officer, disorderly conduct, simple trespass and failure to comply with fingerprinting.

Destiny M. Garrett, 43, of 48 Mechanic St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Daniel E. Hardison, 34, of 127 Main St., Westerly, was charged July 18 with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree strangulation and interfering with an emergency call.
