At 9:13 a.m., the Lebanon Police Department made a post on X — formerly known as Twitter — stating that traffic was being diverted onto Sparta Pike.

Then, around 9:30 a.m., the police department said a tow truck had arrived on scene to “right” the semi. The right lane reopened about a hour later, but authorities said drivers should still expect delays for the “next 45 minutes to a hour.”

Just before 12 p.m., a spokesperson for TDOT announced that the roadway had fully reopened.
