Road work update: State plans to close Old 27 ramps to WB I-69

DEWITT TWP. — Two rounds of ramp closures are set for early July at the Interstate 69/Business U.S. 127 interchange in the DeWitt area, with the first beginning on Monday (July 1).

The ramps from both northbound and southbound Old 27 to westbound I-69 will be closed for maintenance from 6 a.m. July 1 to 3 p.m. July 3, the Michigan Department of Transportation said.

The same ramps will be closed again from July 8 to July 18, MDOT said.

During those closures, all traffic from Old 27 will be detoured onto Clark and DeWitt roads to westbound I-69.
