Saturday shooting kills one man, injures another in Montgomery

A shooting injured one man and killed another Saturday morning in the 2400 block of Locust Street, Montgomery police reported.

Police responding to an area hospital at 11:22 a.m. found Samuel Brown, 44, with a fatal gunshot wound and another man with a life-threatening gunshot wound, Maj. Saba Coleman said in an email.

Coleman said the department is conducting homicide and attempted murder investigations.
