Search efforts for missing man in northern Wisconsin reach 7th day, authorities provide update

MEDFORD, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in northern Wisconsin provided an update on the man who has been missing for at least seven days.

The Medford Police Department posted an update regarding the search efforts of missing Martevious Watts on its Facebook page. Watts was last seen on October 10 and has not been heard from or seen from since.

Officials say that aerial and ground searches continued on October 17 with the help from Wings of Hope and Christian Aid Ministries Search and Rescue. Authorities also asked Medford residents who have home security cameras to review footage to see if Watts was seen walking in the area.

Those who have footage or heard from Watts are asked to call the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center at 715-748-2200 extension 5.
