SEE IT: 62-year-old pizza deliveryman punched, kicked, robbed on Staten Island

A 62-year-old Staten Island pizza deliveryman was sucker-punched, kicked while on the ground and robbed of $100 and his pie on, startling video released by police Monday shows.

The victim was dropping off pizza at the Richmond Terrace Houses on Jersey St. in St. George when five men, at least two of them teens, began taunting him about 6:15 p.m. Feb. 10, cops said.

One of the crooks handed the delivery man a fake $20 bill then snatched it back while another tried to grab the pizza. When the deliveryman refused to let go of his pie, another man punched him from behind, knocking him to the ground, the video shows.

While still down, a crook kicks the victim in the left side of the head while an accomplice steals his cash and the pizza.

The victim suffered cuts on his hands and swelling and bruising to his face, police said. He was treated at the scene by medics.

Cops quickly apprehended two of the men involved but are still looking for the other three.

Lamont Almon, 18, who lives near the scene, was charged with robbery. A 16-year-old boy, whose name was not released because of his age, was charged with robbery, grand larceny, petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, police said.
