Six-year-old child dead in child abuse case
Milwaukee police are investigating a child abuse case that left a six-year-old child dead, the department said in a release late Sunday.
The child was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead. A 33-year-old woman was arrested in the incident, which took place on North 103rd Street.
The investigation is ongoing. Charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
