Is it snowing in your neighborhood? Share your winter weather photos with us
It's been 35 years since Jacksonville last received a measurable amount of snow in a pre-Christmas freak snowstorm.
That could change on Wednesday, when Northeast Floridians could wake up to a very cold rain, freezing rain, sleet or snow — or a wintry mix of those. Weather conditions and any frozen precipitation accumulation totals will vary depending on location.
But it will make for an interesting "snow day" for students and others excused from school or work.
How to share your snow day photos with us
The Times-Union wants your help in documenting this already historic snowstorm which could be talked about in Jacksonville for the next 35 years. Share your photos and videos with us by using this link.
We'll collect them and showcase them in a gallery on jacksonville.com this week and for years to come.
Include a sentence about when and where your snow photos are taken, including who, if anyone, is in the photo. And be sure to let us know who to credit the photo to.
