Strong Winds Push Shopping Cart Outside Pennsylvania Target
Strong winds and heavy rain lashed the Philadelphia area on June 23 as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a severe thunderstorm warning.
Footage published by Matt Muller shows tree branches swaying and a shopping cart being pushed by the wind outside a Pennsylvania Target store.
Muller captured this footage in Concordville, about 25 miles southwest of Philadelphia, just before 5:30 pm local time.
