Swanzey man, 19, charged with shooting at car in Tewksbury, Mass.
Jul. 30—A 19-year-old Swanzey man is facing charges in connection with a shooting in Massachusetts, according to police.
Khale Guillou allegedly fired several shots from his car at another around 5 a.m. on July 15, police in Tewksbury, Mass., said in a news release. No one was hurt, officials said.
Police determined that two vehicles, a blue Nissan Rogue and a silver Mazda, had left a Home Depot parking lot traveling south on Main Street. As they entered the roadway, several shots were allegedly fired from the silver Mazda at the Nissan, police said.
The silver Mazda then left the area.
There were no reported injuries. Tewksbury police determined the individuals involved knew each another, saying the incident "was not a random act of violence."
Guillou was arrested without incident and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm without a license, assault and battery with a firearm, and vandalizing property.
Guillou was arraigned in Lowell District Court on July 23 and held pending a dangerousness hearing on July 26. He is currently being held without bail and is scheduled to appear in Lowell District Court on Aug. 16.
The incident remains under investigation by Tewksbury police.
