Severe thunderstorms passing have caused thousands of customers to lose power in the Rochester area. The storms caused the National Weather Service in Buffalo to issue a tornado warning, flash flood warnings and a severe thunderstorm warning for areas in and around Rochester on July 15.

How many people are without power in Rochester NY region?

Thousands are without power in Monroe and Livingston counties, with smaller counts in other counties as of early Monday night.
