It is alleged that he did knowingly attempt to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, maintain, patronize, and solicit a person whom he believed was under the age of l8 years and would be caused to engage in a commercial sex act.

“Often times the subjects when they’re on the run, they tend to go to places that they’re more familiar with, that they feel safe with their surroundings and since he is familiar with Tampa and he has a history of spending time there,” said Christopher Crocker, acting special agent in charge of FBI St. Louis Field Office. “It was important for us to spread the word awareness for people to be on the lookout for him.”

Fields faced several charges out of Franklin County, Missouri, from 2011 through 2017, including statutory rape and child molestation. Now the FBI believes Fields could be hiding in Tampa Bay.

“He was known to vacation and he also co-own property there several years ago,” Crocker said.

Crocker said Fields has previously worked cash jobs, including as a tree-trimmer, or a used car dealer. He’s known to visit casinos. Fields also has a tribal print tattoo on his right shoulder.

“He’s been known to travel with Jennifer Isgriggs who is his girlfriend,” Crocker said. “She’s also wanted here for failure to pay child support, which is a state felony.”

Isgriggs is 30 years old and goes by the name Jennifer Fields. The warrant for Isgriggs was issued in October 2021.

As the FBI works to track down Fields, he’s been placed on the Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

“I think it’s important to understand the FBI’s commitment to working these crimes against children and it’s a huge priority,” Crocker said. “It’s a big problem in the country right now and people like Donald Eugene Fields are going to be held accountable through our hard work to make sure we can protect the victims.”

if you see Donald Eugene Fields, call authorities immediately and do not engage as he is considered armed and dangerous. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to his arrest.
