Tractor-trailer crash on I-81 North in Montgomery Co. cleared

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WFXR)– VDOT reports the tractor-trailer crash in Montgomery County has been cleared.

All north lanes have been reopened at this time.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WFXR)– The Virginia Department of Transportation says drivers can expect delays on I-81 in Montgomery County due to a tractor-trailer crash near mile marker 123.2.

As of 2:19 p.m., all north lanes are closed and traffic backups are approximately four miles. VDOT reports traffic is currently being diverted off I-81 at Exit 118.
