A crash has currently slowed traffic on I-77 near State Route 8

A crash on Akron Central Interchange Friday morning caused traffic delays near I-77 North and State Route 8.

There are no further delays, with traffic proceeding normally as of 10:18 a.m., according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

There are currently no details as to what caused the crash or what the status of the driver is.
