PUTNAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) has arrested and charged two people in connection with a fatal shooting.

PCSO said that they responded to an incident on Saturday when Amanda Thompson reported that a man named Josh went to her home on Glade Creek Road to shoot targets with her son Billy. Billy was reportedly shot in the eye during target practice and Josh left the scene.
