Two men charged with murder in September shooting outside Pueblo gas station
Two suspects have been charged in connection with the Sept. 26 homicide of Puebloan Nicholas Grace.
Grace, 56, died after being shot in the parking lot of the Loaf N' Jug at 1104 Pueblo Blvd. Way.
Dewayne Ingram, 20, is currently in custody in El Paso County on previous charges and now faces a first-degree murder charge in Grace’s death.
Aaron Alvarado, 24, was arrested on charges of second-degree murder, complicity to aggravated robbery, and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery and booked in the Pueblo County Detention Center.
Alvarado is scheduled for a first appearance in the court of Judge Thomas Flesher on Dec. 16. He is being held on a $5 million cash bond.
