Monday’s Supreme Court ruling was no surprise. No one expected the political hacks who dominate this corrupt court to have the courage or the integrity to do their jobs.

Biden is old, but it is not concerning

The most devastating thing about the media coverage of Biden's awful debate performance was letting Trump get away with spewing his cruel, dangerous lies. He is a master of the tsunami of lies and an elderly, lifelong stutterer with a cold could not ride this 90-minute wave. Yes, Biden did stir anxiety in his appearance and struggled to communicate, but Trump's words and the incomprehensible fact that he is on the ballot is what every media outlet should have focused on. Biden's administration is a well-oiled machine of highly competent people, improving our daily lives. Yes, Biden is old, but it is not concerning. Kamala Harris gets sworn in as our first woman president if he can't complete his term. We will finally right the wrong that made Trump a felon by breaking election interference laws in 2016. It’s a no-brainer.

Vote Will Rollins for a return to political normalcy

If you are undecided about engaging in this fall’s election, consider this: Some people apparently think a margin change in the California gas tax is more important than avoiding an existential threat to our way of life. If a few cents change in the price of gas balances a party that wants to weaponize the Department of Justice, rain “retribution” on its enemies, characterize any veteran as a sucker and loser, and jail or execute its political opposition, we have a problem. While Ken Calvert, an active Trump acolyte, brashly claims credit for projects he actually voted against, Will Rollins will be an essential part of a return to political normalcy. Think and vote.
