Vehicle crash on I-77 North in Carroll County causing five-mile backup

CARROLL COUNTY, (WFXR)– The Virginia Department of Transportation says drivers can expect delays on I-77 in Carroll County due to a vehicle crash near mile marker 17.8.

As of 11:24 a.m., the north right lane and right shoulder are closed.
