Webcams: See Panama City, Bay County beach conditions as Hurricane impacts

Hurricane, tropical storm and storm surge watches and warnings have been issued for portions of Florida's Gulf Coast as Tropical Storm Helene threatens to slam into Florida, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Tropical Storm Helene is expected make landfall Thursday, potentially with 115-mile winds and devastating storm surge.

Gov. Ron DeSantis expanded a state of emergency Tuesday from 41 to 61 of Florida's 67 counties, including all of the Florida Panhandle.

As conditions develop, here is a look at road and beach conditions in the Panama City area and along Florida's coast.
