A 15-year-old suffered a minor graze wound and a car was damaged by a bullet while driving down Market Street.

The police say they quickly received a description of the shooter and his car and were able to arrest him. A woman in his car was also arrested for having outstanding warrants.

This incident occurred in the same area where a shooting injured seven people on July 5th.
