A federal investigation during that time frame led authorities to discover multiple homes in the Beloit area that were reportedly used by Haley to store and sell cocaine. Law enforcement conducted recorded purchases of cocaine from Haley on multiple occasions between November 2022 and March 2023.

Haley was sentenced to eight and a half years in federal prison by U.S. District Judge William M. Conley. Judge Conley had also previously convicted Haley for drug trafficking, the release noted.

Judge Conley stated how Haley was a ‘central figure’ in selling large amounts of cocaine in the Beloit area.
