Yumiko Cheng safely returns to Hong Kong

5 Jul - Hong Kong singer Yumiko Cheng accidentally fell off from a hill in Phuket, Thailand last month and went into a coma for two days before reviving, and stayed at a local hospital for several days, according to Hong Kong media.

Yumiko returned to Hong Kong safely yesterday where she was seen coming out from the arrival gate with a wheelchair and wearing a neck brace. She headed straight to the Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital in an ambulance provided by her insurance company afterwards.

She told the reporter waiting at the airport that the doctor accompanied her all the way from Thailand to Hong Kong to monitor her blood pressure.

Meanwhile, a spokesman from EEG Music said that the singer would a month to recover before she can make any public performances again.
