Editor's note: Our beloved World Editor Christopher Dickey wrote this ode to The Daily Beast's coverage and to his network of foreign correspondents just weeks before he suddenly passed away. Very soon after the results were released, it became evident that there were thousands of cases where young people had been treated unfairly - even if the overall political goal had been achieved.
