At a contentious Democratic debate on Tuesday night in South Carolina, Sanders labeled Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a "reactionary racist" and said he'd consider reversing President Donald Trump's historic move of the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem and return it to Tel Aviv.
SHANGHAI/SEOUL (Reuters) - Asia reported hundreds of new coronavirus cases on Wednesday, including the first U.S. soldier to be infected, as the United States warned of an inevitable pandemic, and outbreaks in Italy and Iran spread to more countries. Asian shares fell on Wednesday as the U.S. warning to Americans to prepare for a likely coronavirus pandemic jolted Wall Street again and pushed yields on safe-haven Treasuries to record lows. Billionaire Tom Steyer is facing some criticism over his spending in South Carolina, a state where his Democratic presidential campaign is making some legitimate headway. Some people have even accused him of trying to buy votes from the state's African-American voters, which Steyer and many others have adamantly denied, The New York Times reports. One thing that's been particularly scrutinized is the Steyer campaign's rental agreement with a company owned by Jennifer Clyburn Reed, the daughter of Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-S.C.), the highest-ranking African American in Congress whose endorsement is considered key in South Carolina.

It's the first time a rainbow snake has been spotted in Florida's Marion County since 1969, according to the Florida Museum of Natural History.

"We let it get out of control," Bloomberg said. "I come to this with some humility because I'm conscious of the fact that there are seven white people on this stage talking about racial justice," Buttigieg said.
The niece of Lori Vallow, the Idaho mom who was arrested last week, months after two of her children vanished, knows where the children are, the niece's ex-husband alleges in court documents related to the couple's custody fight over their own children. Brandon Boudreaux says in the petition filed in Arizona that he has "serious concerns for his children's safety if they were placed in the care of mother" in part because Melani Boudreaux's "knowledge of the whereabouts of her aunt's two missing children and her unwillingness to cooperate with law enforcement in finding those children is daunting to father."

Key point: An Israeli strike in Iran would be risky even with F-35s, given distance to the target and Iranian air defenses... Israel's F-35 stealth fighters are positively supernatural: here, there and everywhere. In 2018, the Israeli Air Force claimed its new F-35s had attacked Iranian targets in Syria.
It was late into Tuesday night's debate when former South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg challenged Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) about his praise for the domestic gains made by the Castro regime in Cuba. Sanders shot back to defend himself and his policy agenda. Such was the evening in Charleston, the last of these gatherings before voters head to the polls in the Palmetto State this Saturday and, more importantly for candidates not named “Joe Biden”, the last before Super Tuesday as well.

Mr Trump was once challenged to go vegan for a month by the campaign group Million Dollar Vegan, which said it would donate $1m to a veterans' charity if the president swore off animal products just temporarily.
